The Tel Aviv District Court decided Sunday to release brothers Oded and Sharon Perinian, the main suspects the case of Tzahi Ben-Or's murder, to house arrest. The court ruled that the evidence against the Perinian brothers was insufficient to keep them in prison.
The defendants will serve their house arrest in two separate apartments in Ramat Gan, and each will pay NIS 700,000 bail.
The state attorney's request to delay the brothers' release by 48 hours in order to allow the office to file an appeal was granted, Army Radio reported.
