Police revoked the drivers' license and confiscated the car of a Ramat Gan driving instructor who was caught in Modi'in transporting four Palestinians who had no permits to work or live in Israel.
The 60-year-old suspect reportedly received remuneration in the amount of NIS 20 per worker.
