An El-Al airplane headed for Paris was forced to return to Ben Gurion Airport after it encountered a flock of birds midair on Sunday morning.
The plane suffered no damage in the collision, according to the pilots' survey. They turned the plane around anyway, just to be certain.
The plane dumped its fuel over the sea and landed safely in Israel.
