Filipino care worker arrested on suspicion of abusing 92-year-old

A Filipino worker was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of abusing a 92-year-old woman in her care.
The 27-year-old was arrested following a complaint submitted to police by the woman's daughter, who claimed that the care worker dragged her mother by force and hit her with a broomstick.
