Galant: We will reach those responsible for attack

OC Southern Command Maj.-Gen. Yoav Galant said Wednesday that Israel would hit whoever was responsible for the rocket attack on Sderot that left one woman dead and a young man seriously wounded. "When all is said and done," Galant told Army Radio. "We will have the upper hand. We already have the upper hand. "Sooner or later, we will reach those responsible for this attack."
