General closure on West Bank to begin tonight, until end of Purim

Defense Minister Ehud Barak has imposed a general closure on the West Bank beginning on Sunday night, and ending following the Purim holiday on Wednesday.
Only humanitarian, medical, and other exceptional cases will be permitted to cross into Israel during that time.
