Haggai Amir's sentencing delayed a second time

A Netanya magistrate's court delayed for a second time the sentencing hearing of Haggai Amir, brother of Yigal Amir, the convicted assassin of Yitzhak Rabin. Haggai Amir was convicted of threatening to assassinate Prime Minister Ariel Sharon during the disengagement from Gaza. The delay was due to an appeal made by Amir's attorney to the Supreme Court with regard to the lower court's unwillingness to send Amir for psychological screening.
