HCJ to decide on removal of Gorlovsky's immunity

The High Court of Justice will decide Sunday for the second time within the last few months on whether to remove Likud MK Michael Gorlovsky’s immunity

The High Court of Justice will decide Sunday for the second time within the last few months on whether to remove Likud MK Michael Gorlovsky’s immunity. After the Knesset voted not to remove the Likud MK’s immunity, the Quality of Government Movement has twice petitioned the Court to remove his due to involvement in an alleged double-voting incident. If his immunity is removed, Gorlovsky may have to stand trial for his involvement in the incident, Army Radio reported.
