Police located a marijuana "nursery" in an apartment on Shabazi Street in Herzliya early Monday in an operation initiated by Glilot police station detectives.
During the search of the apartment, police found 27 marijuana plants weighing 3.3 kilograms, seeds and equipment including fluorescent lights and silver paper.
The apartment's 24-year-old owner was arrested and taken for questioning. He will be brought before a judge on Monday.
