A Herzliya van driver who was arrested last week on suspicion of raping a four-year-old girl broke down during his interrogation and confessed to the allegations against him, Israel Radio reported.
Yisrael Molcho, 68, told police that he had raped and molested the girl seven times.
In an interview with Israel Radio, the Glilot police commander said that over the last two years, the driver had transported some 20 children, and that he may have committed similar acts on some of them.
Police suspect that another girl was raped by the driver, but at this stage, the girl's family has refused to submit a complaint out of concern that the investigation would harm their daughter.
