The High Court of Justice approved on Tuesday the continuation of the security fence construction in the Ma'aleh Adumim area.
Residents of the Isawiya village had petitioned the High Court, claiming that the fence would restrict their movements and diminish their ability to make a living.
The court ruled however, that the segment of the fence would be necessary since it protected drivers on Route 1 from the threat of attack.
