High Court rejects petition to destroy houses in Modi'in Illit neighborhood

The High Court of Justice rejected on Wednesday a petition by the organization Peace Now, which demanded that houses in Modi'in Illit's Matityahu neighborhood be razed. The judges ruled that although the houses, some of which were built by the Heftsiba company, were illegal, they would be occupied and not destroyed.
