High Court rejects petition to evacuate 6 outposts

The High Court of Justice rejected on Tuesday a petition, submitted by the "Peace Now" organization, to immediately evacuate six illegal settler outposts in the West Bank.
The court accepted the Defense Ministry's argument that it was its responsibility to decide when to evacuate the outposts. It said the new governing coalition must be given time to formulate its policy on the matter.
