The Supreme Court ruled on Sunday that the word 'Nazi' is considered libel. The court accepted the position of far right wing activist Itamar Ben-Gvir who sued prominent journalist Amnon Dankner for calling him a 'Nazi' on the then-popular television show 'Popolitika' 11 years ago.
However, as part of a compromise between the three justices, Dankner was forced to compensate Ben-Gvir in the amount of one shekel.
Ben-Gvir filed an appeal after the Jerusalem District Court turned down his claim.
