High school grad charged in Rishon teen's murder

Police on Monday identified the prime suspect in the murder of Rishon Lezion teenager Tzahi Basha two weeks ago as Ron Turgeman, 18, a recent local high school graduate. Basha, 18, was stabbed to death near his home in the city at the end of July. Turgeman, who has no criminal record, will likely be charged with manslaughter, even though the evidence renders him eligible for murder charges. Four other suspects who were arrested in connection with the case will also be charged.
