Jerusalem's Haddasah Ein Kerem Hospital confirmed on Sunday that the haredi woman who was found dead Saturday night was not killed in a criminal incident.
Doctors carried out an external examination in accordance with an agreement between the police and residents of her haredi community in Beit Shemesh.
The funeral procession will leave from her home at 7:30 p.m., Sunday.
Earlier Haredi residents of Beit Shemesh had reportedly hidden the woman's body to prevent the police from taking it for an autopsy, which is prohibited according to Jewish law.
