IDF troops arrested 13 Palestinian fugitives throughout the West Bank overnight Wednesday.
In the Hebron area, six fugitives were arrested, and another four were nabbed near Bethlehem - three Hamas operatives and an Islamic Jihad man.
Two Islamic Jihad operatives were also caught near Jenin, and a Hamas man was arrested in Ramallah.
