IDF troops arrested 13 Palestinian fugitives in operations throughout the West Bank overnight Tuesday.
Three of the fugitives were arrested in Jenin, two in Hebron, while in Nablus, troops nabbed three wanted men, including a Tanzim operative. In addition, three Islamic Jihad activists were caught near Kalkilya.
