IDF arrests three Palestinian fugitives in W. Bank

IDF troops arrested three Palestinian fugitives overnight Thursday in the West Bank.
Those arrested - two Hamas operatives and a PFLP fugitive - were detained in villages in the area surrounding Ramallah.
