The IDF and the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) arrested a Palestinian northwest of Ramallah on Tuesday, whom they suspected of perpetrating a shooting attack on an Israeli neighborhood.
Za'ahad Dagrah, 36, was also suspected of being an active member of a terror cell planning attacks against Israelis.
Dagrah was detained by security forces for interrogation.
