IDF troops arrest 16 Palestinian fugitives in the West Bank

IDF troops arrested 16 Palestinian terror suspects in the West Bank overnight Monday, 14 of them in the Nablus area.
During an army operation in Kabatiya, near Jenin, forces came under fire by gunmen, but suffered no casualties.
