The Foreign Ministry instructed Israel's ambassador to the UN, Danny Gillerman on Monday to file a complaint regarding the continuing Kassam rocket attacks against Israel.
Gillerman passed a strongly-phrased letter to the acting president of the security council and UN Secretary General, Kofi Annan.
