Zaka reported that near the Mahane Yehuda market in Jerusalem a tractor dug a large hole in the ground and then fell into the hole. The hole was approximately four meters deep.
Rescue teams that arrived on the scene labored to rescue the driver, who was moderately injured, from the hole.
A witness who passed the site minutes before the accident reported that he had noticed a tractor driving erratically.
