Clashes erupted on Monday between IDF soldiers and Palestinian youths close to the separation fence in the Kalkilya area.
The Palestinians burned tires and hurled rocks and Molotov Cocktails at soldiers.
The soldiers responded with smoke grenades and rubber bullets and fired live ammunition into the air.
The were no reports of wounded in the incident but damage was caused to the fence.
