Kassam lands near Ashkelon; IDF shells launch site

IDF artillery began shelling on Friday evening Kassam rocket launch sites in the Gaza Strip in response to a Kassam that was fired Friday evening from the former Gaza Strip settlement of Dugit.
The rocket landed in open territory near Ashkelon, and no one was wounded and no damage was reported as a result, Army Radio said.
IDF artillery responded to the attack by shelling the Kassam launch site.
