President Moshe Katsav will not take part in Justice Dorit Beinish's swearing-in ceremony scheduled for next week, the president's staff announced on Thursday.
"The president sees himself as a victim of the humiliating lie of his former secretary, who is trying to build a defense from vicious lies about him," Katsav's office said.
