Moshe Katsav's lawyers said Monday that the former president was thrown to dogs that will lick up his blood as was done to King Ahab.
"Scoundrels, mass murderers, criminals of humanity, low-life killers of children, serial rapists [and] drug dealers who poison the souls of entire populations are deserving of, and have stood a fair trial," they said in a letter to the High Court of Justice.
"Katsav has become game in central streets and has been passed on to a medieval pyre for [the burning] of witches whose sentences has been established on behalf of the masses," Israel Radio reported.
