Some 300 left-wing and Palestinian activists marched from Karmei Tzur Junction on Road 60 in the direction of the Karmei Tzur community on Friday morning.
The activists intended to demonstrate against the construction of the security fence in the area.
IDF and police forces were on the scene, and all was reportedly quiet.
