Starting on Friday, Israelis should avoid swimming at the beaches - this because lifeguards are expected to strike during the weekend, the Interior Ministry announced on Thursday.
In preperation for the strike, new instructions for increased supervision of the beaches during the weekend were issued to local authorities.
