Following a meeting in Vienna with her Austrian counterpart, Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni said Wednesday that there was no guarantee that international aid to the Palestinian Authority would not be used by the Hamas-led government to commit terror attacks against Israelis.
"The Palestinians need to understand that the international community cannot consent
to a terrorist organizational in power," said Livni.
