The Tel Aviv District Court sentenced a 55-year-old man to 18 months in prison for performing indecent acts on a mentally disabled woman and for trapping her in an elevator, Army Radio reported.
According to the report, the man, Yosef Mitzri, will pay the woman NIS 10,000 in compensation as part of a plea bargain.
Mitzri's lawyer announced afterwards that his client planned to appeal for a lighter sentence.
