Man arrested on suspicion of selling stolen newspaper coupons

A 35-year-old man who delivered newspapers in Tel Aviv was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of stealing coupons from newspapers and selling them to workers at lottery kiosks.
According to the police, the scheme had earned the man more than NIS 300,000 to date. He was expected to appear in court later in the day for a hearing on his remand.
