The Tel Aviv District Court sentenced a man from the central area to seven years in prison and two years parole for physically and emotionally abusing his children over a period of two years.
During the sentencing, the judge, Dr. Edna Kaplan-Hegler, said that it was one of the most difficult abuse cases over which she had presided.
