A 22-year-old man fled a psychiatric ward in which he was hospitalized and posed as a pediatrician in the emergency room at Tel Hashomer Hospital.
The man apparently received patients in the hospital's pediatric emergency room, Army Radio reported. Police suspect that he gave medical advice to patients. He wore a white medical coat and a doctor's tag, which he apparently stole from the hospital from which he fled.
Suspicion was raised after the pretend doctor released a child from the emergency room during the night. After the investigation, police are expected to transfer the man to the Netanya police, where he was wanted for questioning on suspicion of pushing his mother.
