An east Jerusalem resident was found stabbed to death in his flat on Tel Aviv's Yonah Hanavi Street on Monday afternoon.
Police arrested two brothers with European citizenship on suspicion of carrying out the murder and one confessed to the killing.
The motive for the attack was unclear.
