Mazda 3 owners called to check cars following discovery of lethal flaw

Delek Motors Ltd., the importer to Israel of Mazda cars, calls on all drivers owning a Mazda 3 model car to visit certified Mazda mechanics as soon as possible, Army Radio reported Monday. The company found a fault in the computer system of Mazda 3 model cars, which could be triggered by a short circuit in the car's electronics and potentially cause drivers to lose control of their vehicles. The Mazda 3 is the most popular vehicle in Israel, and 50,000 such cars travel on Israel's roads.
