Attorney-General Menahem Mazuz is expected to attend Wednesday's Knesset House Committee meeting on the request to remove President Moshe Katsav from office, Israel Radio reported.
Committee Chairwoman Ruhama Avraham has speculated that no vote on the subject will take place at the meeting.
Meanwhile, Mazuz rejected a request by police and Katsav's defense lawyers to open an investigation into the source of leaks from the case.
