Brig.-Gen. Yossi Baidatz, head of the Military Intelligence Research Division, said in a meeting of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee that Hizbullah has completely recovered to its pre-war ability and even become stronger, Army Radio reported on Monday morning.
Baidatz's statement came close on the heels of a speech by Hizbullah leader Hassan Nassrallah in which he boasted that Hizbullah was smuggling weapons into southern Lebanon.
