MK Benizri receives death threats from 'Satan'

Knesset security has received several death threats against MK Shlomo Benizri (Shas) from a person using the moniker "Satan." It is unknown if those threats are connected to a suspicious envelope filled with white powder that the MK received last week, prompting an evacuation of the first floor of the Knesset. That powder was found to be harmless, but security officials said they would continue to investigate the threats against Benizri, who first raised the ire of gay activists when he blamed recent earthquakes in the region on the government's support of homosexuality.
