MK Aryeh Eldad (National Union) on Sunday night recommended that the medical records of Israel's leaders should be made public.
According to Eldad, one of Sharon's greatest opponents, Israel cannot be led by a 78-year-old man who suffers from health risks including obesity and a stroke.
"It is not possible that the state's fate would depend on a millimeter blood clot," he said.
