The Movement for Quality of Government petitioned the High Court of Justice on Monday not to appoint a new Chief of Staff until the Winograd Committee publishes its interim report.
"There is no way a recommendation could be submitted in which both the appointing members from the political echelon and the candidates could be included in [the committee's] conclusions," the petition cited.
