Leader of the Hizbullah in Lebanon, Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah, said Friday that the Hizbullah mortar shell attacks on an IDF outpost near Har Dov were a response to the shooting of a Lebanese teenager by IDF troops.
The army thought that the youth was an infiltrator; Hizbullah claimed that he was a shepherd who lost his way.
According to Army Radio, Nasrallah said that the Hizbullah response sent "a clear message" to Israel.
"We won't let the Israelis spill our blood," he declared.
