A Palestinian pedestrian was seriously injured on Sunday after being hit by a car while crossing Route 60 at the Efrat junction, near Gush Etzion.
The driver of the car, an Israeli, was questioned at the scene and summoned for further interrogation later in the day.
The injured man was taken to the Hadassah Ein Karem hospital for treatment.
