Defense Minister Amir Peretz said Monday that the clashes in the Hebron Hills, which left five left-wing demonstrators wounded after they scuffled with IDF soldiers, was a "severe incident that the IDF must investigate and deal with as soon as possible."
Israel Radio reported that Peretz also urged both right and left wing activists to abide by the law and avoid making soldiers' lives difficult.
