Police arrest boy, 13, who terrorized classmates

Police in Haifa arrested a 13-year-old boy on Wednesday on suspicion that he terrorized his classmates. According to the complaints filed to the police, the boy committed a number of punishable acts. He teased and threatened his peers, and often extorted money from them. He used their cell phones, demanded that they pay his bus fares, stole their food, and in one case, put out a lit cigarette on one of their bodies.
