Cmdr. Yohanan Danino, head of the police's investigations and intelligence division, has decided to open a criminal investigation against GIL Pensioners MK Yitzhak Ziv for allegedly performing an indecent act on a party activist approximately a year ago, it was reported on Monday morning.
The woman, 62, complained that Ziv had touched her against her will at his house.
Ziv denied the accusations, saying this was an attempt at political revenge.
