Shas spiritual leader Rabbi Ovadia Yosef was in stable condition in a Naharia hospital on Wednesday night after feeling pains in his chest while traveling to a month of Elul assembly in Acre.
Israel Radio reported that Yosef was being kept in the hospital overnight for observation.
