A 38-year-old Ethiopian immigrant was arrested Monday morning on suspicion of killing his 30-year-old wife in a Beersheba absorption center. The woman was found with multiple stab wounds and an MDA team pronounced her dead at the scene. The couple had two children, aged seven and eight. Moshe Bata, who is responsible for the absorption of Ethiopian immigrants at the Jewish Agency in the western Negev town, told Army Radio that the family came to the absorption center 10 months ago. "Three months ago an argument broke out between them and we tried to seek professional help for the couple," continued Bata. "Unfortunately, this morning he came to the absorption center and stabbed her with a knife," he said.
