SSTO: Schools will resume lessons until Tuesday

Studies in high schools and junior high-schools will resume Friday, the Secondary School Teachers' Organization (SSTO) announced Thursday night. The SSTO said they would freeze the open-ended strike for three days in order to allow the pupils to prepare for Holocaust Memorial Day ceremonies to be held on Monday. The strike will resume on Tuesday. The Education Ministry said they intend to plea the National Labor Court for an injunction against the SSTO. Students at the universities and higher education colleges will continue to strike Friday.
