SSTO to meet government representatives to negotiate reform

The Secondary School Teachers' Organization (SSTO) was scheduled to meet with government representatives on Wednesday to conduct pedagogical negotiations.
SSTO heads planned to meet with Education Ministry director-general Shlomit Amichai and the Finance Ministry's deputy wage director Yossi Cohen at 7.30 p.m. to discuss elements of the Education Ministry's reform plan. Officials noted that the sides would not address the long-contested issue of salaries at the meeting Wednesday.
